Return Policies


We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns if:

• Order is delivered within the last 14 days.

• Order is returned with its invoice and original packaging.

• Products are not used or damaged in any way.

• Order is not purchased under any promotion or discount.

Due to hygiene and other reasons, we shall not be able to accept returns or exchange of jewelry, fragrances, cosmetics, \innerwear/undergarments/lingerie, swimwear, and gift vouchers.

NOTE: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless there is any manufacturing defect.

Return/Refund Process

Returns can be processed in the following ways:

1. Request Return Online:

You can request a return online by following these simple steps:

• Go to My Account -> My Orders -> My Returns

• Click ‘Create new return’ and select the item you wish to return

• Click ‘Proceed’ and enter your details

Our team can take up to 2-5 business days to collect your returns and you will receive your refund in the same mode of payment:

• Debit/Credit Card: If you have paid through your debit/credit card, you can choose the same payment method for a refund. Your refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-14 business days depending on your bank.

• Cash on Delivery: If you have paid cash on delivery, you will receive an online credit note within 48 business hours to your registered email address.

What is an online Credit Note?

• We at Randbfashion.com provide ease on processing refunds for cash on delivery orders by providing our customers with an online ‘Credit Note’ which is equivalent to money.

• An online credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

• Credit note can be redeemed only at https://en-kw.randbfashion.com/

• Online credit note is for one-time use only and cannot be redeemed partially.

2. Return to store:

• You cannot exchange the products purchased online. You can only return your order online.

• Return your order in its original packaging and carry your invoice copy or your order confirmation email.

• No cash/card refunds will be processed at stores.

3. Via chatbot or email:

If you are not able to request a return by the above options, you can request a refund via chatbot on our website.

• Go to https://en-kw.randbfashion.com/returns-information and click on icon at the bottom right corner.

• Click Show more -> Returns -> Create return

• Enter your details

Modification of Terms and conditions of Returns policy:

Randbfashion.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of www.Randbfashion.com would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on www.Randbfashion.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
